"Getting my Parkinson's medication on time"

I have just had a knee replacement at Wrightington Hospital and would like to thank all staff who I came into contact with. I have Parkinson's and before I went in was very concerned about receiving my medication on time.

At the pre-op medical, I stressed how important is is that I received my medication on time. The staff listened to what I had to say and acted upon it.

After my operation I occasionally had to remind them about the timings and once they realised that I knew what I was talking about and that I was conscientious they allowed me to self-medicate ALL my medication, not just for Parkinson's.
