About: Devon Access and Referral Team (DART)

(as the patient),

After contacting the sender of the referral letter I was given an 01 number appropriate to the service being referred to so that with my telephone payment plan I did not have to pay for the call. It would have been better if that number had been given as an alternative in the referral letter.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us, we do appreciate patient's feedback.

As you may be aware, it is the GP surgeries who give our contact details to patients. If you would be kind enough to reply and let me know the name of your GP surgery (I don't need any of your details) I will contact them and ask them to hand both out to all patients.
