What I liked
The staff were helpful and knowledgeable.
It's also next to the tube and a lot of shops if you need to buy anything before or after a visit.
What could be improved
The hospital was unclean and run down. How can a hospital function when it is attempting to treat those whose immune systems are compromised when dirt and dust are everywhere? MRSA anyone?
Notices peeling off every wall (why do hospitals have so many notices casually selltotaped to the wall which nobody reads?).
Doesn't dirt breed germs and disease? Doesn't that hinder (expensive) recuperation? Doesn't a cleaner cost about £6 per hour?
Anything else?
Shockingly bad. Here we are in London in the 21st century, yet how it can remain open while so dirty / dilapidated is a mystery. Staff and patients deserve better.
