(as the patient),

I've come to hospital a lot since I was little because I was born with three lungs.

Lots of times when we've been it's been very busy and sometimes we've had to queue but today it's much quieter which is better. Some times i get bored. I don't like waiting. I'd like more things for me to do when I'm waiting.

I like Nurse Humphrey because she did my operations. She smiles at me and asks me questions.

Thanks for your comments and we are glad that you like the nurse!

I took your comments to a recent meeting of the Ambulatory Care Directorate (these are the people who look after Outpatients). The hospital is really keen to improve on the entertainment for older children. I will be meeting with the Play Specialists to try and come up with some ideas. Please let me know if you have any specific suggestions (you can post them back on here)....
