What I liked
I was referred by my GP has discovered a lump in my right breast. The appointment came very quickly and was seen within two weeks which I am led to believe is the guidelines. I was seen by a consultant who was very understanding and agreed to carry out some tests. The experience I had on this visit was a far cry from my last experience in June 2009. A consultant who treated who as a person and happy to answer any questions Imay have had at what you can imagine is a very stressful time for a women.
Anything else?
I am impressed with the standard of care and how the staff work as a well oiled machine. You have renewed my faith in NNUH
