Our son was extremely ill with sickness and diarrhoea and we were concerned enough to seek help. We phoned Primecare in the early hours and were given some reassurance and told a doctor would come out to us within 2 hours.
Only 20 minutes later Dr Catona was on our doorstep. He was really polite, courteous and thorough in his examination, administered some anti-sickness medication and left some rehydration sachets for us. He also gave some sound advice as to what to do next if our son did not rapidly improve.
The prompt attendance, extremely efficient service and reassurance to worried parents was so welcome at 10 to 5 in the morning. I am pleased to say that our son has made a good recovery and we felt it very necessary to pass on our thanks for such a fantastic service.
