What I liked
I have tried to contact the hospital by phone repeatedly but have only got through to a voice mail message stating the answer service is full and unable record messages. This is frustrating as this is the only telephone number available. NHS Bradford do not list any helpful contact information either.
What could be improved
Staff could answer the phone. The answer phone could work properly. There could be another contact number located in a staffed area.
Anything else?
I will continue to try and contact the hospital to find out about my friend boarding there. I am in Scotland so this is the only way I have of contacting the hospital to find out how he is.
