What I liked
My consultant in the Fracture Clinic was exceptionally welcoming with an excellent attitude to patient care. The consultant did not patronise me nor did they confuse me with medical terminology. Despite how busy the clinic was, I was not rushed and I was made to feel like an individual rather than a statistic.
