What I liked
QE11 Outpatients E.N.T & Lister Day Surgery.
The support and sound advice from my first appointment to my operation was just understated professionalism. The personal atributes of all concerned give me confidence and peace of mind, this aspect of my treatment was prevalent with all the staff. Thankyou
