What I liked

The nursing staff were very friendly and it was nice to see a Matron about the place

What could be improved

I found it confusing seeing so many different doctors, each one asking me to repeat my whole story again as they had not had the time to read through the previous file notes which had been handwritten.

If my details could have been captured on a computer on the first instances, all doctors would be able to clearly and easily see the answers and results and save their valuable time when discussing the possibilities

Anything else?

I left the hospital no wiser as to my condition apart from knowing what it was not and was told that the final results of my lumbar puncture tests had not yet been received. Of course this reassurred me a little but not enough.
