Pros:
I had to ring Sentinel to make my appointment the other day, the staff were very good and seemed very willing to help me in any way they could so I cant fault them for customer service. The booking process was over in less then 3 minutes and I had a choice of 4 hospitals within a month waiting time!! I felt happy that my needs were being thought through as I am disabled.
Cons:
Once you get through to Sentinel everything is fine but getting through can be a challenge sometimes. 0845 numbers cost you more also so whilst Im waiting to speak to someone I can see my phone bill pennies rolling away. Opening hours could be better for people getting home in the evenings.
Overall: Very happy with the Sentinel service, IF you can get through to them
