"we felt that we couldn't trust the hospital"

About: Crawley Hospital

(as the patient),

i was rushed to east Crawley hospital on monday evening as i collapsed in horsham, i could barely open my eyes and could hardly move either, a doctor then decided to dig his knuckles into my chest to get a reaction, I personally think this was out of order as i could barely breath anyway. I was then admitted to East surrey hospital where i waited till 4am to know what was going on, me and my partner was left in a cubicle where there was blood on the curtain and bloody plasters on the floor, then i had a doctor who came over to me and was going to put me to sleep so he could correct my shoulder as is was dislocated ( there was nothing wrong with my shoulder at all he simply said he got me confused with another patient ) i was not amused at all. We then waithed till 5am when a nurse came over to check my heart beat etc and wrote my notes down on a kitchen napkin as there was no paper. My soon to be wife stayed with me and we were then sent to a ward at 7am we had not eaten anything at all the hospital staff didnt even offer us a drink let alone some food, this type of disgust is in need of concern. They didn't even grab my future wife a chair to sit on.... We both were pretty nervous as we felt that we couldn't trust the hospital in what they were doing as earlier on they got me confused with another patient. I would be greatful if some one could contact me as I was treated poorly and am not amused at all..
