What I liked

The mid wives are friendly.

What could be improved

I'm very dissappointed in how my antenatal care is being handled at Lister hospital. Firstly my test results were lost in the system, only until I asked for them 4 weeks later, did they realise I have gestational diabetes.

I was then moved consultants but was never told about this for over a month. I had all my scans booked, consequently had to book time off work, then be told i have to move all my scan dates to another day to fit in with this consultant. There seems to no communication at all. I'm fed up with hearing we are sorry. It has left me with no confidence in the team at all.

Communication between themselves and to their patients would be nice.

We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding your antenatal care. We're sure that the senior midwifery team would like to look in to what's been happening and why. Perhaps you could provide us with some more information by contacting us at generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net?
