What I liked

Seen in ENT OPD late November 2009. Given provisional TCI date for Day Case Tonsillectomy. Pre-assessed on day of clinic appointment. Came into Tavistock DSU on planned date. All ward staff, surgeon and anaesthetist were excellent. Very good care and surroundings. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone involved in the care. It was a fault free experience.

What could be improved

Nothing could be improved.

Anything else?

Have always used Bedford Hospital despite being on the Beds/Cambs border. A much better standard of care. Have asked again to be seen at Bedford by Dermatology.
