Dementia and stigma

(as the patient),

I do not like the term "Mental Health". It is a stigma.

I would rather have the term "Memory Matters Sufficiency" and a more gentle way to describe the damming disease.

It will be passed onto the relevant staff in the Trust to make them aware of how people's feelings can be affected by the way their illness is referred to.
