What I liked
I have been here several times, and whether it's for a blood test, consultation, or to collect something from the pharmacy, the staff have always been friendly. The guy in the Haemotology department is excellent, and I'd happily wait to see him again.
The staff aren't very forthcoming when it comes to directions, but this seems to be because they just don't know where anything is in the hospital.
Overall I am very satisfied with the hospital so far, which gives me confidence for the procedures I have coming up.
What could be improved
Better staff knowledge of where each department is in the hospital
