What I liked

I wanted to drop you a line regarding one of your wards at Frimley Park; I had to be admitted in September to the medical assessment unit, green.

I have to say that hospitals are not where I want to be however; the staff made this admittance the most reassuring and as comfortable as could possibly be. I was in significant pain and within twenty five minutes of actually entering MAU, they had assessed and resolved my pain. I was in this unit for 5 days. I would like to formally acknowledge from the cleaners upwards; your staff were exceptional;

I called them all ‘angels’, they were the most friendly, approachable and supportive people. The food was good and the environment was constantly being cleaned. I would like to particularly mention one staff nurse who always seem have time to reassure me. Please ensure that the staff are informed of this compliment, they deserve it.

What could be improved

the parking is a big issue; but the staff make up for this and are always understanding when late for an appointment because of the parking!
