"Excellent day surgey experience at Good Hope"

I have a 17 year old son who recently had day surgery at Good Hope Hospital, Birmingham.

From his initial appointment through to the day of his surgery my son received first class care by all medical staff at the hospital.

In addition to this, the staff on the all reception desks were efficient, attentive and pleasant.

I do not think staff working in hospitals receive enough recognition and praise for the jobs they do and felt it was important to share my experience and pass on my gratitude for the way my son was looked after.

I have already received his follow up appointment.
