What I liked
i am a wheelchair user and was delighted to be able to travel in a wheelchair accessible ambulance both ways on my visit to the urology clinic. the drivers were friendly, knew their job and were very professional.
the treatment at the clinic was superb. the specialist nurse, explained exactly what they were going to do (change my catheter) and gave me encouragement to ask questions about the procedure.
the cup of tea was most welcome. there was not a hint of patronisation, i am 76 years old and this important to older people.
well done, the nhs is in very good hands for the future.
my visit by the way was on thursday 21st october.
What could be improved
nothing could have been improved
