Parking poor and stressful before even getting into the ward. Signage started good but ran out before the ward. Had to wait in front of a tv specially put there to show baby adverts and terrible music. Treatment itself was good.

The Trust is aware of difficulties that some people are having in finding parking spaces, we have increased spaces recently but are not in a position to review regularly because of space. We apologise that you found this stressful and have endeavoured to make people aware of the limited spaces on appointment letters and our website www.pah.nhs.uk. There are car parking facilities within walking distance to the hospital.

We note you comments about the treatment and would like to thank you for taking time to feedback on your experience of our services. Your comment regarding the signage has been passed to our Estates Manager.
