"The Minor Injuries unit was outstanding...."

What I liked

The Minor Injuries unit was outstanding. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed and treated with a lot of affection. The Nurse that treated me wasoutstanding.

I was admitted the next morning and I found my stay to be better than any of the private hopitals I have been treated at. You are a bit strict with visitors but that ensures peacefulness.

I want to thank everyone who was so professional and caring. Everyone smiles and you are everything an NHS hospital should aspire to be.

What could be improved

The women serviing the meals were at times less customer focused but not enough to complain about or let the team down.

Lovely chap who served the coffee.

Anything else?

A thank you to the consultant who did my stitches.They are perfect and I doubt the scar will be visible. Also Mr Belcher for such a great sense of fashion!
