What I liked

I recently had a minor accident and had treatment at A&E and subsequently at the orthopaedic clinic. I was very favourably impressed by the standard of care I received. Everyone I met (the consultant, the practice nurses, the radiologist and the pharmacist) demonstrated the very highest professional standards and also were courteous and sympathetic. As a long-term resident of Ealing I knew the hospital had a poor reputation but I can honestly say I couldn’t fault the care I received. Sincere thanks to everybody.
