i was refered there by my dentist i waited 3wks for the appointment then to have it changed at the last minute. Then when i got there it took nearly a hour to park and evenutally when i got to my appointment and went through everythign to find that they were refering me back to my dentist i was very disapointed that i had spent money on fuel and time when it could have been sorted out there and then but they don't seem to want to know they only seem to want to take easy cases since they looked at my teeth i have been in agony with them and my dentist not give me a appointment till they recieve a letter from the hospital which they are still waiting for almost 3wks on

Our staff always appreciate receiving feedback on our services and your comments have been passed on to the team at Charles Clifford. We are sorry to hear that your appointment was cancelled at the last minute, it is very rare that we need to do this and is only neccessary when we are expereincing staff absence due to sickness.

We are aware that parking is very difficult and we do try to make all patients aware of this and encourage other methods of transport wherever possible prior to patients attending their appointments, however we apologise if you were not made aware.

Charles Clifford Dental Hospital does take on a wide range of cases, and without further detail is it difficult to explain why you would have been referred back to your GP, however we would be more than happy to look into this for you and would be grateful if you could contact our patient services team on the contact details given above.
