"I visited a family member in the Bexley..."

What I liked

I visited a family member in the Bexley wing and was plesently surprised by the care and the help provided. My friend needed to have a Macmillan Social Worker to orgaize her discharge home. A very lovely Social Worker was assisged to her. ( I know her name but do not want to put it on line.) She explained every thing to us, she was very helpful and took the time to talk to us and answer our questions. I have never had the need for a Social Worker and this was a great experience. It is a shame that Social Worker get such bad press. They need to experience the one we had.

What could be improved

More people like our Social worker and the nurses on the Bexley Wing.

Even though my friend past away. It was a good expereience dealing with the staff in the Bexley wing.
