"Took my 1 month daughter to A & E at 02..."

What I liked

Took my 1 month daughter to A & E at 02.00 am it was emergency and A & E was not busy but we have to wait for 2 hours to be seen she was crying and honestly nobody at Ealing hospital cared about it. At 04.00am we have been seen by a nurse, Then we have to wait another 30 mintes for a doctor. This doctor was mad first of all we did not undrestand what he was saying, then he was wrting a file about this matter many pages at 05.00 and the baby was crying. he took a blood test which was so painfull that the baby cried for more than 20 minutes and finally said that we have to stay in the hospital for about two days and took us to children ward. at 07.00 am another doctor saw us and in half an hour sent us home saying everything is fine. This hospital is very very bad. No one cars about patients.

What could be improved

They should have taken into concederation time of the night and age of my bay which was only one month old.

Anything else?

i leave in Southall and I try very hard to avoid this hospital.
