I have just returned from Ward 23 in preparation for cataract surgery

Assessment was thorough

Explanations given and were excellent

Questions answered very thoroughly

The two nurses who did the assessment were friendly, professional,and very understanding regarding my other medical problems

Altogether a pleasurable experience

What could be improved

Continue the good work
