What I liked
Appointment began on time.
Being treated like a person and in a friendly fashion.
Appreciated being kept informed at each stage what was taking place and having my questions answered courteously.
Getting a great end product with my new hearing aid.
Also the whole thing being one complete cycle with no need to return at a later date.
