What could be improved

I usually have to wait even though I have the first appointment of the day - I'm not sure why! If they can't see me at 08:00 then don't give me an ppointment for then!

The car park is expensive. I always have to pay for far more time than I use. Charge periods should be reviewed and remember that appointments in this hospital do not always occur on time, leaving patients waiting around unexpectedly.

Appointment times are not at all convenient for people that work Monday to Friday. I am always late in to work due to my appointments and cannot get one early enough in the morning or late enough at night.

Anything else?

Making my initial appointment was very difficult. The hospital department does not make appointments when patients want to register. However, their registration/drop-in times did not allow me to attend then. I had to ask a coleague to ask for an appointment for me to sign up when they visited the same department. This is just daft and will discourage people from attending simply because of the inflexible rules that seem to apply here.
