What I liked

The staff were simply superb. During my three and a half weeks there I was not always in control of what was happening with me but the staff treated me with dignity at all times and any embaressment I felt was short lived thanks to their professionalism. I would hope not to be returning to any hospital but, if the need ever arose again, I would hope it was this one.

What could be improved

Reduce the prices for the combined television/telephone services. The prices are far too high for people who have no choice.
