What could be improved
When given phone numbers for contact it would be nice if someone actually answered them!! Three days trying to get a response and then no-one answers in the complaints department either, and I get no response to a complaint e-mail!
Anything else?
Despite being asked where I would like the treatment done, and replying Plymouth - I get told it's being done at Tavistock! No parking (and in any event the procedure means I can't drive anyway), and the best part of £100 taxi fees there and back.
