"Thank you Ormskirk Minor Injuries Unit"

I would like to say a big thank you to the staff at Ormskirk Minor Inuries Unit.

I had severe pain and breathing difficulty, and it was causing me great distress and major discomfort. The staff there were caring and helpful, very sympathetic and patient.

The doctor, who's name was Susan, was extemely efficient and caring. Not once was I made to feel like a second class citizen, or that I was wasting her time, as it quite often the case with GP's. She even stopped me leaving to make doubley sure that I was ok.

I would also like to say thank you to Sheila, the nurse that did my ECG. I was originally a little anxious, as one would be, but she did keep me entertained. She certainly made true the old addage cold hands warm heart !

I felt that I had to write and say thank you as people are quite often quick to complain, but I would like to give credit were credit is due and will be writing to the local press sending a copy of this to them.
