What I liked

My daughter was admitted to Ward C2 on the 5th October after suffering an ashtma attack. I would like to thank all of the nursing staff, ward clerks and Play/Teaching staff for being so professional, kind and caring to our family during our visit. Also to the constant stream of doctors that kept a check on her. Thank you

Anything else?

The food in the canteen is very expensive.

Discounts only apply to DGoH staff and not all NHS Staff :(

Thank you so much for your kind comments. We are pleased you were happy with the treatment your daughter received during her visit to Russell Hall Hospital. We will ensure your feedback is passed on to the staff concerned.

The catering services in the restaurants at the Trust are managed by our PFI partners, Interserve FM Ltd. The cost of the food offered in the restaurant is reviewed regularly. This along with the decision regarding discount only applying to Trust and PFI staff was agreed between the two organisations.
