I moved to West Norfolk in April of this year. In my job I worked for 6 years with other community mental health teams and Hellesdon Hospital.
I have observed to my own frustration and continuing ill health that services in West Norfolk do not come close to other areas of the trust. They do not look at me as a person and I feel some have been aggresive in their approach.
The Fermoy unit has been disappointing compared with the care that Hellesdon Hospital gave me. I now have a full time carer who is not listened to at all.
I had to receive treatment from General Health and they were absolutely brilliant.
