(as the patient),

In August 2010, i had both knee replacement operation in ward 2b at the Rotherham Hospital. I was in and out of the hospital in two days. I had excellent medical service by all the staff and I am really greatful.

I however couldn't sleep at night due to the screaming of the patient in the next bed and this was not the staff's fault at all.

The food was adequate, I never got what I ordered but then again, a hospital is not a Hotel.

Early days yet, But things are coming good

Thank you for taking the time to post the feedback and really glad to hear things are coming good. I will let the staff know of your feedback.

We are pleased that your experience of the medical care was excellent and appreciate your understanding with regard to some of the challenges we face running a busy hospital.

And yes, it is kind to add that we are not a hotel but a hospital but you should still have got the food you ordered. We do continue to work hard on making sure we provide the best food service we can to our patients.
