What I liked
Having spect almost 7 hours in A&E at Canterbury it was a completly new experience to be treated with care and compasion. (See http://www.nhs.uk/Services/Hospitals/PatientFeedback/DefaultView.aspx?id=1967&pid=RVVKC&recordPP=0#cmnt50031)
Your were imporant to them and nothing was too much trouble.
What could be improved
Nothing
Anything else?
The NHS could learn from the private sector on running an efficient organisation. No people running around looking important with a clipboard under their arm.
