This hospital is disgusting. I have absolutely nothing nice to say about it. I am writing this on behalf of my grandfather who was admitted into the hospital with heart failure 4 weeks ago. He has spent the last month being carted from ward to ward, which for someone who is in a fragile mental state is very distressing. Whilst in the wards he has been ignored, treated terribly and, on a couple of occasions, been left for so long needing the toilet that he has not been able to hold it in any longer (he is in a wheelchair).

It is not just my grandfather who has received this treatment. Several other patients and their families have been complaining abotu the same treatment. My mother has spoken to the nurses on several occasions and complained profusely to no avail.

Despicable!
