What I liked
I was seen at my appointment time, caringly and efficiently by nurse and consulltant.
Everything about my problem was explained and sorted, After care detailed and clear.
What could be improved
The receptionist attiude.
She was most distainfull and uninterested on arrival, not helpfull at all. She fiddled about with papers and keyboards for ages before acknowledging that I was nervously holding an appointment letter.
On leaving, with another, make a further appointment letter, she continued her conversation with a fellow receptionist, looked at papers from her intray, finally took mine off me, looked at it briefly and said 'leave it with me'. My reply was 'Thankyou' And then I got a sarcastic BYE!
