"The medical staff are so caring and..."

About: Royal Hampshire County Hospital

What I liked

The medical staff are so caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.

They treated me with patience, dignity and respect at all times.

What could be improved

Parking for patients and visitors is no longer at a premium since Park and Ride was introduced.

However level 5 of the car park is a disgrace. There are hardly any lights, the floor is full of puddles of dirty water which are hard to see and step over. Today I walked into the hospital with wet feet and dirty trousers. Also today there was a large loose drain grating at the entrance.

We wish to thank Mr David M for taking the time to provide his positive feedback about the care he received at Royal Hampshire County Hospital and pointing out the drainage problem on the level 5 of the hospital car park. Your comments have been passed on to our Estates team who will deal with this issue as quickly as possible.
