We think we've spotted the problem - have you been looking for the information on Hertford County on the NHS Choices website or the Trust's own? From what you've described, we think it's the former. While the NHS Choices web service carries much useful data on the Trust and its hospitals, the level of data you seek is on our own website (www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk).
