What could be improved

My mum has been left registered disabled as a result of 2 failed knee replacements at Chase Farm. I would NOT recommend.

We have since requested a change of hospitals but because of additional complications as a result of the 2 failed operations, we have been waiting for approximately 18 months for her to get the all clear.

The failed operations have taken years off her.
