What I liked
My wife has been visiting the HODU for the last 6 months for outpatient chemotherapy and we cannot praise the staff highly enough. From entering @ reception ,seeing the consultants/doctors throught to ALL the staff they are an example of the excellence of the NHS; they are kind,caring,considerate and friendly,which is exactly what is needed when visiting for chemo -or any -therapy.
Many,many thanks to ALL the staff @ Airedale ;we would not hesitate recommending Airedale.
What could be improved
Parking.
Staff were overworked and could use additional help.
