What I liked
the team dynamic throughout my day case visit was first class, as was the level of care i recieved, thanks go to everyone. Moreover, special thanks go to the assistant aneathetist and the staff nurse whose care was exceptional. Collectively, the staff proved equitable, empathetic, professional and were constantly on the go. A smile was never far away and all I wish for at this juncture is that please, please, please you inform them all of how very good they are at what they do.
What could be improved
communications between waiting list department and the ward itself as some error in this respect did occurr.
