"My previous concerns have not been answered"

My previous posting is here. I have just received a response from the PCT after 3 months waiting over what should have been a very simple incident to address. In the interim I have sent numerous emails and made numerous calls. The simple fact of the matter is I feel the response is derogatory and in my opinion simply misrepresents the facts - I will not go into details here but will publish the details in full once I have spoken to the parties concerned and also spoken to my solicitor (for safety's sake). I am very very upset by the response.
