"Cardiology Cathetar Ward"

I spent an afternoon this week on the Cardiology Cathetar Ward because I was to have an angiogram. I would like to say thanks to all the staff there who were brilliant with all the patients - not just me.

They reassured me, took really good care of me both before and after the procedure and were constantly smiling and helpful. Once the procedure was complete they made cups of tea and a sandwich - most welcome as I had fasted since that morning. They took the time to explain evrything in lay terms so you fully understood all that was happening. They also ensured that my privacy and dignity was kept intact at all times.People are quick to say what went wrong - well this was an occassion when everything went right.
