What I liked

Nothing. AfterI took my mother to the QEQM to the CDU as instructed by the Doctor, we were turned away and told to go to the A&E. The reception were rude and uncaring and should not even be in that position.

My mother was ill and being force to wait in the A&E put her life at risk. This should never have happened. I tried to get contact with someone and no one would help on the day.

Tottally disgusted by the treament of my mother and if I could, i would make a formal complaint about it as it is not the first time she has suffered.

What worried me even more, once we eventually got into the CDU, a year previous whilst my mother was there, water fell from the ceiling onto her. I checked that its still the same today a year on. Not accpetable./

What could be improved

The understanding and compasion of the receptionist. The understanding that everybodys needs differ and listen instead of just switching off which is what she did.
