"Nothing."

About: Conquest Hospital

What I liked

Nothing.

What could be improved

It felt like nobody cared at all what I was going through, even though I am a twenty year old mother of two, the waiting time was horrific, the nurses were rude, the doctor had lack of interest, and even the secretary was rude when I arrived. The waiting area was filthy, there was blood on the chair.

I was there because my entire face and body were suddenly covered in an awful rash, it was hideous my face was swollen - I looked like a monster. I had to wait in the waiting area for over an hour to be seen even though I was there on an urgent referral from my doctor. One of the chairs had blood on it, and it was humiliating to be sat there looking the way i did with other patients staring at me and looking horrified. Eventually I got seen, and was told I had to be treated for the highly contagious staph infection, impetigo, although my medicines said they were for mrsa. And they sent me back to the PUBLIC waiting area again, where I waited about three hours to be told my prescription was ready. I was told I could leave and if my symptoms worsened I should come straight back and they would see me straight away, and booked me an appointment for the following thursday. It got alot worse and when I arrived I was asked why have I come back, my appointment wasnt until thursday!
