"I need a social worker"

I need a social worker. I am disabled and live rurally in Gwynedd county. My doctor referred me and I was then given an appointment at the mental health centre in Dolgellau. I was given an assessment by two members of the team. Tick this box, tick that box - did I meet the criteria? Well they said no? I was not asking to be committed but to get help from a social worker.

More recently I got to talk to a social worker and told her of my experience. She could not understand why I was assessed, the reason in my belief is that the services can not cope, they're overwhelmed by need.
