What I liked

Walking out of the Hospital having sat around waiting for nothing!

What could be improved

Listening to the patient and allowing a patient to book an appointment to see some one when they have already had the problem diagnosed but it is clearly not healing properly. Answering phones, not saying they will put you through to someone else then hanging up.

In my profesion of I showed as little care and respect for people then I would be out of a job!

I think I will take my chances with an injury that has not healed properly rather than have to attend this circus again!

I am extremely disappointed to learn you had such a negative experience when you visited our hospital and would like investigate this further.
