What I liked

The new wing looks nice but that's about it as the staff are still the same old agency ones.

What could be improved

I am consulting solicitors regarding the lack of care my father received. He had an amputation and his weight dropped dramatically in a two month period. I understand that the nurses are mainly agency. I witnessed them with my father bullying him and not bothering to encourage him to eat. They did not regularly change his bandage so his wound became infected and he had to be operated on again. They left him lying in his blood, urine and excrement. I hope my father survives this.I am in discussions with the newspapers.
