What could be improved
My appointment was for 3.15 and at 2.30 I could not even turn onto the hospital grounds from sharoe green lane because of the queues for the carpark
Now I know this is normal for the hospital at this time but what I did find very offensive were the two carpark attendants stood with arms folded on the corner having a good laugh at everyone asking questions as to where they should park, I myself asked and was told to go to Asda or catch a bus next time.
Dont you think these two men would have been better employed in the actual car park directing people to the spaces vacated by leaving cars. These two men didnt know what state I was in, whether I was in pain or had been called in to see a relative or to have a repaired retina tear which was my particular reason for being there.
I only hope that they were volunteers and not being paid for their laziness.
I have no complaint regarding my treatment, everything was done to my satisfaction.
